NIGHTLIFE:
The eating, drinking and dancing takes place at the Piha
Surf-Lifesaving Club, the Piha RSA and the Piha Bowling Club.
Occasionally there is live entertainment by local and International
musicians. Visitors are made welcome at these venues though
remember you are a guest.

Bowling Club: Outdoor lawn bowls. You might normally think of
this sport as a game to play when you are retired, but not at Piha,
This is a great afternoon activity. If you have never played before
then this is your opportunity. Learn to play bowls in a casual and
fun atmposhere. Green open summertime only. Meals and Bar available
year-around.

The Waitakere Tramline Society are a voluntary group who run
train trips on the Waitakere Tramline. Trips run every Sunday
at 10.00 am, 11.30 am, 1.00 pm & 2.30 pm. Bookings are essential
and can be made by calling 836 0900 in the evening. Further information
